Neem-based emulsifiable formulation containing Azadirachtin.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
NEEMEXCEL 300 PPM is a lower-concentration neem formulation suited to early, preventive and repeat IPM use. It is intended for inclusion in integrated pest-management programmes rather than as an instant knock-down insecticide.

HOW IT WORKS
Azadirachtin and related neem limonoids discourage feeding and egg-laying and interfere with moulting, larval development and reproduction. The effect is usually gradual, so the product performs best when applied at the first appearance of pests and against young nymphs or early larval stages.

RECOMMENDED CROPS / INTENDED USE
Use on the crops specifically approved for this formulation. Depending on the registered claim, these may include cotton, rice, pulses, oilseeds, vegetables such as tomato, brinjal, chilli, okra, cucurbits and cole crops, and selected fruit or plantation crops.

TARGET PESTS
Use only against label-approved pests. Typical neem targets include aphids, whiteflies, jassids, thrips, leaf miners and young caterpillars or borers. Mites and other pests should be mentioned only where specifically covered by the approved label.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE
Foliar application
Foliar spray: typically 1.0–2.0 litres per acre in 150–250 litres of water. Use the lower end for early preventive use and the registered crop-specific rate under established pest pressure.

BEST USE PRACTICES & COMPATIBILITY
• Begin at the first signs of infestation; heavy, established populations may require an approved fast-acting partner followed by NEEMEXCEL.
• Spray in the early morning or late afternoon because strong sunlight accelerates degradation of neem actives.
• Direct the spray to tender growth and the underside of leaves; poor coverage is a common reason for weak performance.
• Avoid strongly alkaline spray water and conduct a jar test before tank mixing. Do not make a blanket compatibility claim for all pesticides.
• Repeat only at the interval permitted on the label and according to field scouting.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in the original, tightly closed pack in a cool, dry and shaded place, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, food and animal feed. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
